How does automatic categorising work?

    I have auto corrected a category and incorrectly chose "all transactions like this".  How can I remove this setting so future transactions are not categorised incorrectly?

    e.g I need to categorize each Paypal transaction differently but they are all being categorized as "Media Subscriptions"

    I have exactly the same problem! Very frustrating, all paypal transactions going to same category
