We have automatic duplicate detection on transactions to make sure you do as little work as possible.
This being the case, duplication may still happen from time to time as banks change transaction descriptions or the date information.
To confirm duplicates follow these steps:
- Are these transactions transfers between one account to another? If so, you should use the "Transferring Money" category to avoid them being counted as either spending or income.
- Otherwise, please check in your settings that you haven't synced the same account twice.
Should you get a duplicated transaction, please email us with the date, description and amount of the transaction and we can check it out for you.
