In some cases, a particular bill may no longer be relevant or has been replaced by another bill (amount and/or other details).
You may want to keep a record of this bill in your billing list for historical or tax purposes. You can archive the bill in such an instance.
To archive a bill:
1. Click on the ‘Bills’ tab
2. Click the green icon for the desired recent transactions underneath the calendar
3. On the left-hand side of the 'Year to Date' table, you will find the ‘Archive’.
Note: Archiving a bill merely removes it from your future bills’ list. The bill is NOT deleted from your account.
