Where are my pending transactions?

Pending transactions are those which have been requested (i.e. you have purchased something from a merchant), however, the transaction has not fully processed yet.

This typically occurs when:

• A rental holding fee is applied to a purchase as bond.
• With some Eftpos transactions, especially on weekends.
• When a biller wishes to see if you have enough funds on your account.

In these cases, your bank may display these pending transactions on your online banking interface.

We, unfortunately, won't be able to provide this information in Pocketbook. This is highly bank specific and is typically not included in the standard OFX or QIF export.
