Change transaction date & description.

Today, you can't change the transaction description or the date.

With sync'ed transactions, we rely on the integrity of the information imported to match against the new transactions and to remove any duplication.

With manually entered transactions, the best way to alter these, is to delete the existing transaction and enter a new one.
