Your account isn't syncing.

You're in the guide for the Pocketbook mobile app. Switch to the web version.



The accounts you have added are synced periodically (each night) and there may be instances where the syncing has ceased to work.

Often though the issue is related to the delay in transactions (we can only sync confirmed transactions). You can check this in your online banking to see if the bank has processed them.

If the transactions are confirmed - in most cases you can fix the issue by giving your account a manual sync.


You can do this here:

1. Go to the Overview Tab
2. Click on Accounts

3. Click on ‘Sync Account’ underneath the balance account


If the issue isn’t solved by giving your account a manual sync, you can email us.
