The accounts you have added are synced periodically (each night) and there may be instances where the syncing has ceased to work.
Often though the issue is related to the delay in transactions (we can only sync confirmed transactions). You can check this in your online banking to see if the bank has processed them.
If the transactions are confirmed - in most cases you can fix the issue by giving your account a manual sync.
To do this:
1. Go to the Explore Tab
2. Click on the Account overview grouping you would like to sync
2a. Click on the specific Account you would like to sync if you do not wish to sync them all
3. Click the sync button or pull down and let go - your account/accounts will be synced
If the issue isn’t solved by giving your account a manual sync, you can email us.

Pocketbook hasn’t synced since we went overseas just over a month ago
